Job Description:
AirTanker is a leading aviation service provider that offers a wide range of services including maintenance, flying programs, training, and aircraft upgrades. We are currently seeking an experienced individual to fill the position of Compliance and Safety Manager.

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. About the Role:
This position requires the individual to support the implementation and management of all aspects related to Quality and Safety Management System functions in the Fleet Engineering Department. The role involves supporting the maintenance of regulatory approvals, active participation in quality oversight, audits, engineer authorisations, risk assessments, hazard analysis and supporting improvement action. The individual will also interface with other focal points for Quality and Safety across ATrS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the maintenance of regulatory approvals.
  • Participate in quality oversight and audits.
  • Deliver effective implementation and maintenance of Quality Assurance processes.

About You:
We're looking for someone with extensive experience in commercial aviation, formal aeronautical maintenance training, and the ability to conduct audits and produce accurate reports. If you have a strong understanding of CAA Regulatory structure and previous experience in a position within the approved organisation with appropriate responsibilities, we'd love to hear from you.
