About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Trade Specialist to join our team at Fortrade. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their investment and educational needs, and providing personalized support to help them navigate our trading platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication, understanding their investment objectives, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Product Education: Offer in-depth information about our trading instruments and educational services, highlighting their benefits and associated risks, to ensure clients make informed decisions.
  • Platform Assistance: Provide expert guidance to clients on our trading platform, including account setup, technical features, and available resources, to enhance their trading experience.
  • Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service, promptly addressing inquiries, and presenting market analysis to support their investment journey.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout client interactions, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to established regulations.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes through in-house training and professional development initiatives to enhance expertise and provide a valuable service to our clients.

About You:

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and overachieve performance targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM programs and relevant computer applications.
