Job Title: German Speaking Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled German speaking sales executive to join our team at Office Angels. As a sales executive, you will be responsible for providing sales and service support to our customers in Germany, improving the effectiveness of sales and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide sales and service support to customers in Germany
  • Process a wide variety of calls to maximize upsell opportunities
  • Utilize a CRM system to record, track and manage all customer interactions
  • Develop customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both written and spoken German with strong English language skills
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably with account management or upselling experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and listening skills
  • Strong IT literacy and good attention to detail
