About the Role:

You will be joining the Baywater Healthcare team as a Healthcare Assistant - Somerset, providing high-quality clinical support for our HOS AR contracts. Each day is different, so you'll need to be adaptable and flexible, but this will also allow you to truly make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide empathetic and professional support to service patients, families, and clinical leads.
  • Maintain a patient focus and be the first point of contact for patients and prescribers of HOS-AR service in the event of difficulties or complaints.
  • Support our HOS-AR service through delivery of training, ongoing service user clinical support, and maintenance of patient-focused care.
  • Under direct supervision, conduct and interpret results from basic monitoring tests, including blood pressure, pulse oximetry, temperature, blood gases, heart rate, and breathing rate.

About You:

We're looking for a kind, friendly, and communicative individual who enjoys helping people and is excited about working for Baywater Healthcare. You'll need experience in respiratory care, training and educational skills, the ability to analyze issues and problem-solve, and a compassionate and caring attitude.
