Job Description

Ebbot's Site Agent plays a vital role in delivering engaging and safe holiday experiences for children aged 5-17. As a Site Manager, you will lead a team of activity staff, ensuring a fun and active environment.

Key Responsibilities

This position involves:

  • Managing administration, planning timetables, and ensuring venue readiness before programs start
  • Leading a team of activity staff through training, onboarding, and program delivery
  • Communicating with staff, parents, and the central office team to ensure smooth operations
  • Safeguarding children's welfare, implementing behavior management policies, and maintaining health and safety standards

You will work closely with the Regional Manager and the central office team to ensure the success of our holiday programs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience working with children aged 5-17
  • At least 12 months' experience in a management or leadership position
  • A childcare, sports, or teaching-related degree (or related qualification)
  • Knowledge and experience of Child Protection, Safeguarding, and Health and Safety
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire
