Job Overview

Nobul Resourcing Systems seeks a skilled Health and Safety Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the UK Construction and Property sectors and be familiar with High-Risk Buildings (HRBs) in the UK Construction Industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing information systems to ensure building safety and maintaining accurate records. They will also provide guidance and ensure compliance with safety regulations, including fire, legionella, asbestos, electrical, and gas standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections as part of a structured program.
  • Identify building hazards and implement necessary corrective actions.
  • Communicate effectively with residents about building safety.
  • Foster a culture of health, safety, and well-being within the organization.
  • Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Health & Safety Certification.
  • Relevant Fire Safety qualification accredited by IFE or IFSM, or equivalent.
  • Membership in a relevant organization (IOSH / IIRSM).
  • Relevant CSCS Card.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and tight deadlines.
