The Health and Safety Partnership Limited is seeking a skilled Health and Safety Consultant to join their team in the construction industry. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with a connection to their Manchester office.
About the RoleThis Health and Safety Consultant position will be responsible for providing client-side health and safety services, including conducting site health and safety audits, advising clients on project team capability and management arrangements, and providing health and safety advice, guidance, training, and support across the client base.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as Principal Designer/Principal Designer Advisor on varying scale projects.
- Conduct site health and safety audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Advise clients on project team capability and management arrangements to ensure effective delivery of projects.
- Provide health and safety advice, guidance, training, and support to clients across the construction industry.
- Assist with the administration of projects and build Health and Safety Files to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrable experience providing client-side health and safety services within the construction or property industry preferred.
- Experience working under the CDM Regulations, carrying out roles such as PD, CDM Coordinator or Health and Safety Advisor/Manager to contractors.
- Working knowledge of large scale/complex projects and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, plus an excellent benefits package, including car allowance, pension scheme, health insurance, and 28 days holiday plus bank holidays with the option to purchase up to an additional 5 days.
