**Role Overview:**

Austin Fraser is supporting a rapidly expanding business. The ideal candidate will join a team of five, reporting directly to the Financial Director and handle a high-volume workload.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly financial reports
  • Balancing sheet reconciliations
  • Accruals, prepayments, and journal entries
  • Assistance with annual budgeting and forecasting
  • VAT returns submission
  • Bank and account reconciliations
  • Reconciliation of company credit cards
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Matching and coding invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Additional duties as needed

Key Requirements:

  • Strong Excel skills, including V-Lookups and Pivot tables
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
