About the Job

County Rents, a leading provider of temporary accommodation solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Property Maintenance Manager to join our team. Job Summary

The Property Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in our facilities. This is a key role that requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of our properties to identify any maintenance issues or hazards.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Carry out minor repairs and eliminate hazards to ensure the properties are safe and secure for our tenants.
  • Inventory Management: Produce accurate and detailed inventory reports for our properties.
  • Move-In and Move-Out Inspections: Conduct thorough move-in and move-out inspections to ensure the properties are in good condition.
  • Liaison with Tenants: Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with our tenants to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Upload reports and condition videos in a timely manner to ensure accurate records are maintained.
  • Ad-Hoc Support: Assist the business and tenants with any ad-hoc queries or issues that may arise.
