About the Role
We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team at Ark People Housing Care. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their day-to-day living needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality support to vulnerable individuals.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with our service users, providing individualized care and support.
- Support individuals throughout activities, providing positive feedback and encouragement.
What You'll Need
- Experience in a care or support role (although not essential, as we provide full training).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly rate.
- Statutory annual leave paid monthly.
- Fully funded PVG and 1st year SSSC registration.
