About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Search Coordinator to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including advertising job vacancies, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Provide market insights and recruitment advice to clients to ensure they secure the best talent in the industry.
- Collaborate with our sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Knowledge of the financial services sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
