About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Search Coordinator to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the recruitment process, including advertising job vacancies, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  2. Provide market insights and recruitment advice to clients to ensure they secure the best talent in the industry.
  3. Collaborate with our sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Knowledge of the financial services sector is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
