Sales Associate

We are seeking a skilled Sales Advisor to join our team at Athena Healthcare Group Ltd. Based in the Lytham St Annes region, this role involves marketing the Lodge effectively and managing enquiries from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to engage with people professionally, and work effectively as part of a team. Key responsibilities include being the main point of contact for new potential residents, effectively tracking every individual enquiry, and utilising a Sales and Marketing Plan to achieve occupancy targets. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, worked in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years, and have good IT skills. • Be the main point of contact for all new potential residents and their families.
• Effectively track every individual enquiry from the point of contact through to the final decision.
• Utilise a Sales and Marketing Plan to show how the occupancy target can be achieved and in what time frame.
• Regularly liaise with the Finance Department regarding new residents and their families.
• Work closely with the Lodge Manager to ensure that all information is effectively communicated.
• Ensure that show suites are set up, always well maintained, and in a presentable manner to Athena standards.

• A proven track record with demonstrable success in sales.
• Worked in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years.
• Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
• An understanding of the requirements and impacts of GDPR.
• An understanding of the needs of residents and their families as well as experience in supporting them.
• Good IT skills, a working knowledge of MS Office applications, and good numeracy skills.
