About the Role

This is a full-time postdoctoral research position available immediately. The selected candidate will work closely with our team to design and implement cutting-edge computational biology and bioinformatics tools for analyzing complex genomics data.

Responsibilities

  • Develop novel statistical and machine learning methods for multi-omics data analysis;">
  • Work on integrating diverse datasets from multiple sources, including bulk and single-cell RNA sequencing, spatial transcriptomics, and genetic variants;">
  • Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement in existing methodologies and develop new approaches to address these challenges;">
  • Analyze large genomic datasets using state-of-the-art computational techniques;">
  • Publish research findings in top-tier scientific journals;">
  • Present research results at national and international conferences;">
  • Write grant proposals to secure funding for future projects;">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A PhD in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Bioengineering, Biophysics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Data Science, etc.);">
  • Strong programming skills in Python or R and experience working with Linux Shell;">
  • Expertise in supervised and unsupervised machine learning, low-dimensional models, and deep learning models;">
  • Familiarity with genomics data processing and open-source repositories (e.g., Galaxy);">
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;">
  • A strong motivation and interest in analyzing genomics data and interpreting cancer biology from data;">
