Job Details

This role offers a competitive salary of around £16,000-£20,000 per year, depending on experience.


Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:


  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and providing expert advice on eyewear.
  • Eye Test Booking: Book appointments for customers who require eye tests.
  • Patient Care: Pre-screen patients and measure frames accurately.
  • Store Maintenance: Identify and address any issues that may arise during the day.

Training and Support

You will receive comprehensive training and support from our experienced team members, including Level 3 Optical Assistant Apprenticeship Standard qualification, functional skills in maths and English, and End-Point Assessment (EPA).
