About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified HR Apprenticeship Trainer to join our team at S Knights Recruitment. As a specialist Employability and Skills recruitment agency, we recruit for Colleges and Training Providers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of up to 45 learners and deliver the HR Apprenticeship programme effectively, ensuring timely completion of Functional Skills training and assessments.
  • Develop scheme of work and session plans in accordance with directives from the Quality Team, utilizing e-portfolios and caseload trackers as per internal protocols.
  • Conduct Functional Skills qualifications as an integral part of the apprenticeship program, providing comprehensive data on learner progression, retention, and achievement.
  • Facilitate HR Support Level 3 and HR Consultant Partner Level 5 apprenticeships, ensuring learners complete their training and assessments within specified timeframes.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews with learners to monitor their advancement towards timely completion, providing ongoing information, advice, and guidance to help learners achieve their goals.
  • Deliver training sessions either individually or in groups, in-person or online, utilizing great communication and organisational skills.
Requirements
  • Hold a teaching or assessing qualification such as A1, CAVA, TAQA, PTLLS, AET or equivalent.
  • CIPD Level 5 Qualification.
  • Experience delivering HR apprenticeship up to level 3 (desirable).
