Job Description

**Job Title:** Stock Control Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Stock Control Specialist to join our team at Huboo. As a Stock Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Stockroom Operations: Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory, ensuring that all stock is properly labeled, stored, and tracked.
  • Batch Control: Work with our batch control system to ensure that all stock is properly dated, labeled, and stored to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Cycle Counting: Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure that inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manual Counting: Conduct manual counts of inventory to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Investigations: Investigate stock variances and discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in inventory management, stock control, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and other relevant software packages.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
