About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end customer service on multiple streams, including interacting with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Data input from standardised templates onto company systems.
  • Good IT skills, including use of CRM and Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Able to follow instructions and processes.
  • Resilience and the ability to work in a faced paced, high pressured team environment.
  • Verified RTW documentation.
  • Consent to undertake BPSS verification and willingness to provide employment history.
  • Willingness and consent to apply for a DBS check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a confident telephone manner with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly with people to assess their needs in a timely manner.
  • Ability to handle the sensitive nature of calls/contacts to the service with empathy, professionalism, and a non-judgemental approach.
  • An understanding of confidentiality.
