Chef Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and passionate Chef Manager to oversee the culinary operations at Caterlink. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and cook meals to the required standard
  • Manage the stock count and ordering processes
  • Ensure all food safety and health and safety procedures are applied continuously
  • Carry out company bookwork
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our students

Requirements:

  • Passion for delivering an efficient service and maintaining high customer service standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety procedures
