Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Tax Manager with 5+ years of experience and ambition for career growth to join our client, a prestigious South Wales-based firm as a senior member of the Tax Team.

About the Role
  • Supporting the wider Tax Team on complex matters including transactional work (trade sales, incorporations, reconstructions, and demergers), IT/CGT planning, share schemes, and EIS/SEIS advisory.

You will be part of a firm that values collaboration and innovation, where your strategic input will help shape the tax practices and processes. The role demands a proactive approach to managing relationships with clients, identifying tax planning opportunities, and mentoring a team of talented tax professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert tax advice on complex transactions and share schemes.
  2. Develop and implement tax strategies to support business growth.
  3. Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A CTA-qualified Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager qualification.
  • Proven experience in tax advisory services, particularly in transactional work.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
