Join Lumino's Team as a German Speaking Recruitment Specialist

Lumino is a pioneering recruitment agency in the cannabis industry, and we're looking for a skilled German speaking recruitment specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying top talent, delivering curated shortlists, and collaborating closely with HR teams, CEOs, and hiring managers to fill key roles within the legal cannabis industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and manage a diverse range of candidates across multiple countries, including Germany, Spain, and the UK.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate network on LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Work closely with our recruitment CRM/ATS to manage candidate pipelines and track progress.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and German, with a strong understanding of the cannabis industry.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for the cannabis industry and a desire to make a positive impact.
