Talent Acquisition Specialist - German Speaking

We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our ambitious growth plans.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing full recruitment processes, from writing job ads to onboarding new team members. You will also be involved in managing talent pipelines, candidate attraction methods, and analyzing trends in applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full recruitment processes, including writing job ads, managing applications, screening calls, interviews, and onboarding
  • Manage talent pipelines and candidate attraction methods
  • Analyze trends in applications and identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with Function Heads and the Head of Talent/Development to identify and implement training needs across the commercial business
