Why be a Buying Admin Assistant at THG?You'll be joining a dynamic, innovative team passionate about luxury fashion. As a Buying Admin Assistant, you'll be responsible for managing POs, chasing deliveries, and being responsible for studio picks. You'll also merchandise website lists and edits, manage discrepancies, and assist in trade meeting pack creation.
We're looking for someone who can show initiative, energy, and enthusiasm for the role. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, and strive for development and progression within the function.
Key Responsibilities- Manage POs, setting up products on the system before the delivery window opens and raising the PO.
- Chase deliveries, tracking all information correct with the brand to ensure undisrupted stock flow.
- Be responsible for studio picks, managing the Goods In Report to pick products that have arrived to go to the studio.
- Merchandise website lists and edits, keeping trends and occasions up to date.
- Manage discrepancies, working with the warehouse and merchandising team to resolve warehouse discrepancies.
- Assist in trade meeting pack creation and support trade and marketing teams with sample requests for seasonal campaign shoots.
- A love for fashion and interest in the market at large.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced buying office.
- Show initiative, highly motivated, and can work independently.
- Flexible and open to change business develops.
- Organized and efficient with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent use of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
