About the Role

The Buyer's Admin Assistant role is a key position within the buying team at N Brown, responsible for delivering profitable customer-centric ranges and providing day-to-day administrative support to the category.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the buying team with administration, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Manage the critical path, maintaining timely and efficient processes.
  • Conduct market analysis and customer activity research, providing insights to inform buying decisions.
  • Prepare and present best-seller reports for weekly trade meetings.
  • Coordinate sample management, including chasing and booking in samples, and maintaining sample racks.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties to support the buying team, providing full administrative support.

Requirements

  • Excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A keen interest in fashion and customer-centricity.
  • Driven and motivated individual with a passion for delivering results.
  • Retail experience preferred, but not essential.
