Join our Waterman Aspen team as a Road Infrastructure Specialist We deliver projects across the UK and are looking for an experienced engineer to join our Scotland team. As a Road Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for working on various projects for local authorities, consultancies, public bodies, and construction companies. Your expertise will be applied to design and implement road infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Our company offers a competitive salary in line with your experience, skills, and location. The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and background. We provide a range of benefits, including a company car or car allowance, contribution to commuting mileage, permanent health insurance, 25 days annual leave, company pension contribution, and salary sacrifice to buy additional benefits.

The ideal candidate will have UK experience within a public, private, or third-sector UK-based client, proficient in AutoCAD, and knowledge of TSRGD, DMRB, and MCHW for design of minor/major highways schemes. Experience in taking concept designs through preliminary design and to detail design, considering all aspects of buildability, such as drainage, street lighting, VRS, and other street furniture is also required.
