Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct analysis of the current state of the business and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop target operating models, business capabilities, and roadmaps to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather insights and identify business needs.
  • Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation.
  • Design end-to-end business solutions, ensuring they align with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with programme managers to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain program-level business architecture governance frameworks and processes.
  • Monitor and assure the transformation programme delivers the strategy objectives.
Requirements
  • ~3-5 years of experience as a Business Architect, or in a similar role, preferably within large-scale transformation programmes.
  • ~ Strong understanding of business architecture frameworks, such as Business Architecture Guild, TOGAF or Zachman.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
  • Proficient in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management techniques.
  • Project management experience and familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in business architecture and digital transformation.
