Hourly Rate: £22.50

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Grinder to join our team at Kinetic Recruitment. As a Grinder, you will be responsible for operating a variety of finish grinding machines, both CNC and Manual, to tight tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maximise machine efficiency levels
• Record and maintain relevant documentation
• Ensure a good standard of housekeeping is maintained at all times
• Perform any other tasks as requested by the Machine Shop Supervisor/Manager

Requirements:
• Time served in an engineering discipline
• Experience of working in a heavy manufacturing environment
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Flexibility to work shifts

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday
07:00 - 15:30 (12:00 Friday)
21:15 - 07:00
