The Opportunity

We are seeking a Trainee Fieldwork Controller to join our Field team based in the UK. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for arranging fieldwork paperwork, updating supplier databases, and developing relationships with fieldwork agencies. You will also assist project teams with all aspects of field project management and advise on agency selection and performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange all fieldwork paperwork, including quota sheets, field packs, and respondent detail lists.
  • Update and maintain supplier and freelancer databases.
  • Attend meetings with potential and existing suppliers and freelancers.
  • Issue supplier and freelancer confidentiality agreements and maintain records of agreements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with fieldwork agencies.
  • Assist project teams with all aspects of field project management.
  • Advise on agency selection and performance evaluation.
  • Monitor performance of fieldwork agencies and negotiate costs as needed.
  • Scan and label fieldwork materials, such as worksheets and completed handouts.

Requirements

We are looking for an exceptional individual who is passionate about healthcare, customer service, and delivering excellence. You should be highly organized, an excellent communicator, and highly attentive to detail. Previous administration or customer service experience is a plus.
