About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Technical Lead to join our team at Aylin White. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving technical excellence and management of our discipline-related intellectual property.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership: The Mechanical Technical Lead will provide thought leadership for our client in their field of engineering, overseeing design projects and managing finances, scheduling, quality, and risks.

2. Procurement: The candidate will manage or be part of delivering large-scale procurement processes, including preparation of technical specifications, tender evaluations, and contract negotiations.

3. Project Implementation: The Mechanical Technical Lead will support project implementation through various roles, including detailed design, owner's engineer, technical due diligence, and O&M phase support.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is essential.

2. Experience: The candidate should have strong experience in the design, installation, replacement, and upgrade of systems, including BMS and control systems.

3. Project Management: The Mechanical Technical Lead should have demonstrated experience across the full project lifecycle and responsibility for delivering projects.

4. Communication Skills: The candidate should have demonstrated ability to effectively communicate information of a complex nature both verbally and in writing with all stakeholders.
