At Tiger Resourcing Group, we are seeking an Electronics Hardware Design Engineer to join our dynamic technical team.

About the Role

We're experiencing exceptional growth, fueled by exciting long-term project requests from clients across multiple market sectors. This expansion opens up career opportunities for talented engineers with strong product development experience.

The ideal candidate will have a first or upper second class broad-based electronic engineering honours degree and at least three years' experience working as a hardware design engineer. They will be able to develop specifications and test documents for electronic and electromechanical products, as well as architectural designs and feasibility studies.

Key responsibilities include developing analogue and digital electronic circuit schematic designs, managing PCB designs, and providing technical design guidance to engineers from other disciplines. The successful candidate will also have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work on their own initiative.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000-£70,000 per annum, paid overtime, and 22 days holiday, with extra days accumulated for long service up to a maximum of 32 days. Additional benefits include a 37 hour working week, a substantial annual discretionary profit-related bonus, a contributory pension scheme, and a range of activities and social fund initiatives.
