Job Title: Residential Support Worker - Children's Homes

Leader Recruitment Group is currently hiring Residential Support Workers to join a compassionate team in Greasby, Birkenhead. Our residential homes provide a safe and supportive environment for children and young people with Social, Emotional, and Learning Disabilities (LD) needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care and support to residents in their daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Implement individual care plans and support strategies tailored to each resident's specific needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to ensure comprehensive and person-centred care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records related to resident care and progress.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements, including safeguarding and health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in children support work, preferably within a residential setting.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
  • A UK driving licence.
