Are you a seasoned payroll expert looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a FULL-CYCLE PAYROLL MANAGER to join our team at West Northamptonshire Council.

In this role, you will take responsibility for the end-to-end processing of one or more partner payrolls, from data input to BACS file production and RTI processes. Our ideal candidate has previous experience in a high-volume payroll setting and proven customer service skills.

About the Role:
  • End-to-end processing of one or more partner payrolls.
  • Data input, parental leave calculation, and exception reporting.
  • Running payroll processes, BACS files, payslip files, and RTI processes.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a high-volume payroll setting.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • A payroll-related qualification is highly desirable, but not essential.
