Job Summary

Accolite is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our automation team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and testing automation tools and frameworks to ensure the highest quality of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Automation Framework Development: Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks to support our software testing efforts.
  • Test Automation: Create and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and product management, to identify automation opportunities and create solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve automation processes and tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in automation, and apply this knowledge to improve our automation capabilities.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience as an Automation Engineer or similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages, including Java; solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies; experience with automation frameworks, such as Selenium; and familiarity with continuous integration and delivery tools, like Jenkins or GitLab.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Banking Domain Knowledge: Experience working in the banking domain is an added advantage.
  • AWS and DevOps Exposure: Good knowledge of AWS and DevOps, including GitLab, is preferred.
