Job Summary

We are seeking a Commercial Governance Specialist to join our team in the Group Secretariat, based in the West End of London. This is a full-time, permanent role that offers a great opportunity for career advancement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support on governance and company secretarial matters, working closely with the Deputy Company Secretary and the Head of Regulation & Compliance. They will also be involved in minuting meetings and other administrative tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a small team. A generous salary and attractive benefits package, including CGI study support, are on offer for the right candidate.

The office is located in a convenient location in the West End of London, with easy access to public transport. The team typically works onsite three days per week, sometimes more depending on business needs.

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
