Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business operations and data landscape.
  • Design and implement data solutions that meet business requirements and drive business value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions are aligned with business objectives.
  • Evaluate and recommend technology options to support data solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data models and architectures to support data solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a technical role with extensive exposure to data, data architecture, and data engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Leadership potential, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with data solutions, including data delivery, data management, data lakes, system integration, data migration, and data warehousing.
  • Good data modeling experience, with the ability to set up data structures to support data solutions.
  • Sound knowledge of modern data solutions, including data lakes, data platforms, data streaming, and data security best practices.
  • General knowledge of cloud-native computing and public hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
