We are seeking an experienced Logistics Planner to join our team at Bulkhaul Limited. This role requires a skilled individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations, including communicating with external suppliers and internal teams.">
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation, and monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and address any issues that arise.">
  4. Prepare and process related documents, and support the operations team in planning and executing schedules.">
  5. Liaise with the Customer Service Team to handle inquiries and provide timely updates on shipment status.">
  6. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.">

Requirements

">

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Planner who has a strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). A NVQ Diploma or equivalent is preferred, as well as additional qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields.
