Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our care team in Weston-super-Mare. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to take on a senior management role within our care team. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents
• Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a care management role, preferably in a residential care setting
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
• Knowledge of care regulations and industry standards, with the ability to ensure compliance
