Join Our Team as a Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our care team in Weston-super-Mare. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced Registered Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents
  • Developing and implementing care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience of caring for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • NVQ 5 or RMA equivalent, or working towards this qualification
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £40,000, depending on experience, as well as a robust induction program, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a generous holiday allowance.
