Job Title: Complex Care Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to an adult with complex needs in their own home.

About the Role:

In this rewarding position, you will deliver personalized nursing care, including medication management, wound care, and assistance with daily living activities.

The client requires specialized nursing support due to their complex health conditions, including BiPAP therapy, dystonia, and cerebral palsy. You will work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care and collaborate with Care Coordinators for effective care delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide 2-2-1 support to an adult with Cerebral Palsy, PEG feeding, and Severe Tracheomalacia
  • Build rapport with clients and families, working within the family home to achieve individual goals
  • Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care
Requirements:
  • Experience in delivering care to complex clients, preferably in the community
  • Clean and valid Registered Nurse pin with at least 1 year post-registration experience
  • Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week
  • Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature
  • UK driving license and access to own vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK
