Job Title: Complex Care Nurse

Superior Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and passionate Nurse to join our rapidly expanding nursing team in the Dover area. As a Complex Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to individuals with complex and long-term health needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to deliver high-quality care to adult clients.
  • Collaborate with Care Coordinators to ensure effective care delivery and achieve individual goals.
  • Provide 2-2-1 support to an adult with Cerebral Palsy, PEG feeding, and Severe Tracheomalacia.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and families, working within the family home to achieve individual goals.
  • Potential for growth and development into a supervisor or management role.
Shifts Available:
  • Wednesday – 20:00 – 8:00
  • Thursday – 20:00 – 8:00
  • Saturday 20:00 – 8:00
  • Sunday 20:00 – 8:00
Clinical Needs:
  • BIPAP
  • Dystonia
  • Airway Support
  • Medication
  • Moving and Handling
Requirements:
  • Experience in delivering care to complex clients, preferably in the community.
  • Clean and valid Registered Nurse pin with at least 1 year post-registration experience.
  • Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week.
  • Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature.
  • Ability to fit seamlessly into the family home setting.
  • UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
  • Right to work in the UK.
