We are recruiting for a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to work with children with additional needs in a Primary School in Luton, Bedfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will provide individualized support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Moderate Learning Difficulty (MLD), and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

About the Role

You will work closely with teachers to develop and implement learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student. Your duties will include providing one-to-one support, running interventions, and building rapport with parents.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Prior experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A-C grades in English and Maths, preferably with a Level 3 TA qualification.
