About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch General Manager to join our team at DFS Furniture Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop a diverse team of sales and customer service professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of store operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase store profitability.
  • Manage store operations, including rotas, performance evaluations, and stock management, to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Recruit, train, and develop new team members to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
