Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and inspirational leader to join our team as a Branch General Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, rotas, and performance evaluations.
  • Recruit and select new talent to join the team, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Develop and implement long-term strategic plans, identifying opportunities and adapting to changing trends.

  • Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of delivering results and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Commercial awareness and a strong understanding of the retail industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
