About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Adviser. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers on a daily basis, taking the time to listen and understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Process customer transactions, open and manage savings accounts, and provide general financial advice.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience and support the needs of our Society.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in financial services.
About You

We are looking for a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong desire to learn and develop new skills.

You will be a natural communicator with excellent listening skills and the ability to empathise with customers.

As a customer-focused individual, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work effectively in a team to achieve our goals.
