Functional Skills Educator

The Functional Skills Educator will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching to pupils across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. This includes planning and implementing engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver Functional Skills curriculum to meet individual student needs
* Create a supportive classroom environment that promotes student growth and progress
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods
Requirements:
* Qualified teacher with experience in delivering Functional Skills to pupils of varying ages and abilities
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
