About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Corporate Communications Manager to lead our Corporate & Internal Communications function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing the reputation and media presence of our brand, while keeping key internal and external stakeholder groups informed of company news and updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Corporate Communications Strategy: Drive the corporate communications strategy, leading B2B activity for the brand at Group-level, producing press releases and other relevant Corporate PR material in-house.
  • Manage Internal Communications: Manage a team to implement the Internal Communications strategy, ensuring the flow of news through the company's intranet, working closely with HR and other key departments and stakeholders.
  • Plan and Execute Key Events: Alongside the Group Strategy team, lead the planning and execution of key internal events (virtual and in-person) for both the company's Leadership Team and worldwide staff.
  • Manage Crisis Communications: Lead the management of crisis communication issues, managing external agencies and brief regional communications teams on all corporate PR and crisis management issues.
  • Scripting and Statement Drafting: Scripting, statement, and letter drafting for the Executive Team.
  • Media Relations: Brief senior stakeholders to deliver compelling media interviews and identify additional relevant speaking opportunities.
  • Trade Event Communications: Responsible for all communication related to trade events, planning and ensuring timely preparation and approval of necessary assets.
  • Inclusion, Equity, and Diversity: Work alongside HR to demonstrate Inclusion, Equity, and Diversity via a calendar of captivating communications, campaigns, and events.
  • Corporate Website and Materials: Ensure the regular updates of the Corporate website, brochures, and leasing orbitals.
  • Media Relations and Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with retail media on an international level, ensuring top-quality industry coverage.
  • Corporate LinkedIn Strategy: Drive engagement and implement our corporate LinkedIn strategy.
  • Brand Coverage: Work with the Brand Development and Brand Partner Marketing teams to ensure regular internal and external coverage for brand openings and updates.
