We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a behaviour mentor within an alternative provision in Grantham. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact on students' education and wellbeing.
About the Role
- Support students in developing positive behaviour and social skills through 1:1 and group sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive learning environment.
- Build strong relationships with students and act as a positive role model.
- Set individual targets and monitor progress to design appropriate learning materials.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and verbal skills.
- Ability to drive to work.
- Team Teach or equivalent training is required.
Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
