Join our team at Academics as a Child Mental Health Support Worker and play a vital role in supporting young people with complex needs at a specialist SEMH school in Bristol.

You will work closely with students aged 8-18 who have experienced trauma, mental health challenges, and behavioural difficulties. Your primary focus will be on promoting emotional well-being, personal development, and resilience through engaging activities and interventions.

This role requires a high level of patience, empathy, and understanding, as well as effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. We offer a competitive salary of £83.15 per day, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4pm.
