Job Summary

University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a Senior Clinical Psychologist to lead its staff support service. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement proactive staff support systems, working closely with the Clinical Director and Clinical Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement staff support processes for a large multi-professional team.
  2. Provide training and presentations to health professionals.
  3. Contribute to strategic principles relating to staff support.

Your Requirements

  • Doctorate in clinical psychology or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration as a practitioner psychologist with the Health Care Professions Council.
  • Experience of working in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £74,290 - £85,601 per annum, pro rata. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
