Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Creative Graphic Designer to join our team at Crew Clothing Head Office. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing engaging and commercially successful graphic design solutions across digital and print media.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop print collateral, including catalogues, in-store POS, direct mail, and other designs, ensuring a consistent look and feel that aligns with our brand identity.
  • Create digital assets for email, web, social media, YouTube, display, and affiliate channels, showcasing our brand's personality and style.
  • Collaborate with the wider creative team to translate marketing collateral into digital assets for online use, ensuring seamless brand consistency.
  • Ensure all digital assets are on-brand, commercially successful, and aligned with our wider brand communications.
  • Pay close attention to detail across artwork and imagery, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet our brand standards.
  • Work cross-functionally to assist in design for seasonal creative campaigns suitable for all marketing channels, fitting our brand position and creative strategy.
  • Contribute to seasonal concepts and idea creation, driving innovation and evolution in our brand experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our brand's digital presence.
  • Prepare print-ready files across POS, seasonal books, and window displays, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Present work to directors confidently, meeting deadlines and timelines with ease.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably at a retail company or with a creative degree.
  • Knowledge of digital and print design, with a strong understanding of our brand's visual identity.
  • Able to demonstrate relevant professional experience, with a portfolio that showcases your skills and creativity.
  • Ability to prioritize work schedule and work to tight deadlines, managing multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to change and redefining goals as necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail, with sound numerical and IT skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Bridge, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral, with a keen team player attitude.
  • A can-do attitude and positive approach that fits well with our company culture.
