Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually appealing and commercially successful graphic design solutions across digital and print media.
  • Create engaging designs for print collateral, including catalogues, in-store POS, direct mail, and other designs.
  • Design assets for email, web, social media, YouTube, display, and affiliate channels.
  • Work with the wider creative team to translate marketing collateral to digital assets for online use.
  • Ensure all digital assets are on brand, commercial, and aligned with wider brand communications.
  • Close attention to detail across artwork and imagery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design seasonal creative campaigns suitable for all marketing channels.
  • Contribute to seasonal concepts and idea creation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably at a retail company or a creative degree.
  • Knowledge of digital and print design.
  • Able to demonstrate relevant professional experience.
  • Ability to prioritize work schedule and work to tight deadlines.
  • Manage multiple projects/responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Sound numerical and IT skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Bridge.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen team player.
  • A can-do attitude and positive approach that fits well with company culture.
